I’m new to ebay and recently ordered a fire krzr k1m from a vendor with a good selling history. The phone was advertised as new and did arrive in all the expected packaging with all labels and protective coverings in tact. On the sides of the phone are a few nicks here and there. It’s nothing major and nothing substantial enough to cause me to return the phone. I only paid $150 for it. I’m just concerned the phone might be refurbished or stolen. Is there any way to tell?

Though i clearly stated that i would not accept returns, i am making an exception because the item had a defect upoun arrival. What should i do?
