I only have a little over 250+ songs and I usually only add a few songs or less a month or so. I plan on putting about 30-40 apps, at least one movie, 8 music videos, and like four 4minute short films on it. And like 50 pictures. Should I do the 8GB or 16GB itouch 2g? Thanks!
Also I currently own the ipod nano 3rd generation 4GB and I haven’t even cracked 2GB’s yet. But I don’t have a movie or short films or games on it. Just the 250 songs and about 5 music videos and 20 pictures. So I’m not sure how much all the extra stuff I want to put on my itouch will add up to.
Also I guess i’m just afraid that if I get the 8GB and I decide I like to watch movies and stuff on it more than I think so now then I won’t have enough room and I’m afraid I will regret my decision on the 8GB. But I’m really not wanting to pay 300 dollars unless you really really think it will be necessary. Is there anyone who did get the 8GB itouch and regret it?

Ok #1. The 16GB iPod Touch is $240 at Best Buy and the 8GB Touch is $150. Its a really better idea to get a 16GB for Apps, Music, and Movies. Please get the 16GB.
It honestly sounds like 8 will be enough for you. You can put tons of pictures on 8 gbs (like over 1500 at 6 megapixels each). I’m not sure how much videos are, but I don’t think they are big enough to justify getting a 16 instead of 8.
The 16 gb 2g is $299.99 at Best Buy and the 8 GB is $229.99

Get a 16. Ive got an 8 and im constantly deleting junk songs from my library whenever i want to install a new app. I advise u to get a 3g because the ipod 2g is currently unable to jailbreak(which allows you to steal expensive apps). Apps get real costly. ( hundreds of dollars ;(). I have a 2g 8 gig. I advise u get the phone and save some money, so to speak..
