Will the new iPhones coming out this year be available to other services besides at&t?

i dont now but u could use the iphone with any service other then at&t u just have to unlock it or buy it unlocked

no, the iphone can not be bought unlocked and even if you do the hack to unlock in you can only use it on at&t or tmobile
AT&T and apple have a special contract so that the iphone can only be used on their network.

No, part of the bidding for the Iphone included an exclusive agreement with the carrier that won it for I believe 5 years (I could be wrong about the time frame though).

Apple agreed to remain exclusive to that carrier for that amount of time in exchange for the carrier allowing Apple to dictate the terms of service for the phone. This was the biggest reason Verizon backed out of the bidding, they did not want Apple controling the service plan.
